I have an older CRV that I brought into Honda of joliet for an oil change. The service advisor Riley informed us that we had a major oil leak. He made the process quick and painless, and was able to clearly explain every feature on the car down to the operation of the Automatic Variable Transmission. Truly a pro. I was able to make my own decisions without that unwanted input you might get from other dealers. Salesperson Ted was a huge help during the entire process and the manager, Andrew, took the time to sit and talk with us while we waited for paperwork and other ancillary details.
