Richie was very friendly and he had a great attitude. Very professional and helpful. Despite some minor newances in not delivered promises, I would still recommend to buy a car from this salesman. I test drove a car and thought that was the car I was getting and that was the car the finance rep was drawing the paperwork up on. After being told the mileage on my new car I questioned that the car I getting and that was the car the finance rep was drawing the paperwork up on. After being told the mileage on my new car I questioned that the car I drove had slightly different mileage. I was told that was because I was being given the "newer of the 2 cars...this one had just come off the truck this morning"...I didn't think to question it at the time but when I got home and went over the paperwork I realized I had been charged for the more expensive car. When I called to question it I was given two different explanations by two different people and was told the manager was not in but he would call me. I am still waiting to hear from him 3 weeks later. They may have made money off me by giving me a less expensive car but they have lost my trust and business when it comes to the service dept. I will use only in an emergency, Cindy Vallera More

I was pleasantly surprised to find my first purchase in 2010 such a smooth transaction, it actually was almost too easy. I contacted the internet sales representative and waited for one of the typical car salesman tactics, but it never happened at Honda of Joliet. It was the best car buying experience I ever had and it set the bar high for my subsequent vehicle purchases. Since I had such a positive experience with Honda of Joliet and my Honda Odyssey I decided to purchase another new Odyssey. I think there were a couple of compelling reasons that I decided to come to Honda of Joliet before shopping elsewhere. Their sales staff, specifically Josh Tornabeni for this transaction, was a true pleasure to work with. Josh was cordial, accurate, and very transparent with all of the pricing and disclosures. The service department is also top notch, offers flexible hours, and doesn't try to push you into unnecessary services. I would strongly consider giving Honda of Joliet a shot at your business when looking for a new Honda vehicle. As consumers, we have many choices in how we spend our hard earned dollars. It feels good knowing you are a valued customer and have been treated fairly is terms of new vehicle pricing and trade-in value. No games here. Thanks Josh. Regards, Toni Mohorek More

I had and am still having a great experience with Honda of Joliet. Eveyone from sales, service, finance and office personel have been great and very helpful and friendly. After buying my Ridgeline I'm not of Joliet. Eveyone from sales, service, finance and office personel have been great and very helpful and friendly. Krystal was very friendly and great in helping me out getting the best deal. Casey was the one we finally ended up purchasing from because Krystal didn't work on that day. They were very honest over he getting the best deal. Casey was the one we finally ended up purchasing from because Krystal didn't work on that day. They were very honest over here. The only thing is, you have to do your research and shop around other dealers to get the best price. They will price match other dealers, but you have to do your homework. They don't try to pull a "fast one" on you, but the only way you are going to get the best deal is to ask if they will price match. More
I have never liked taking a car in for service but I feel comfortable at the Honda of Joliet Dealer. I felt the service was friendly and straight forward. I am a repeat customer to Honda of Joliet. I purchased my vehicle new from another Honda dealer, but have always had it serviced by Honda of Joliet. I had to disconnect my battery in my 2006 Accord. I my vehicle new from another Honda dealer, but have always had it serviced by Honda of Joliet. I had to disconnect my battery in my 2006 Accord. I called the other dealer to obtain the codes for reactivating the navigation system and radio. I could not get the codes to work. Somewhat frustrated, I drove to Honda of Joliet. I explained my problem to the service advisor. He tried the codes but could not get them to work. He felt the code information was incorrect. The service advisor obtained the correct code information and got both my radio and navigation system operating. He put forth a lot of effort to get this job completed. I was very impressed. I was also impressed by how some of the other advisors pitched in with what seemed like a desire to satisfy the customer. This reveals the teamwork attitude engrained in your advisor group. You have a very professional organization. Keep up the good work. More
I drove to Joliet with my wife last Saturday afternoon, June 9th, to watch OPRF beat Lyons Township in the IHSA Class 4A baseball championship game at Silver Cross Field. Afterwards, we walked down to Chi June 9th, to watch OPRF beat Lyons Township in the IHSA Class 4A baseball championship game at Silver Cross Field. Afterwards, we walked down to Chicago Street Pub for dinner and a couple of beers. When we returned to our 2007 Accord V6EXL after dinner (which was parked on Van Buren Street just east of Scott St.) we found that someone had broken in and in the process of trying to steal it, disabled the ignition lock, rendering the car undriveable. After a police officer and evidence technician showed up and did their due diligence, I called AAA Motor Club. and they summoned McCoy's Tire & Auto out of Channahon, which towed my vehicle to Honda of Joliet at midnight. I had never dealt with Honda of Joliet before, being a native of Oak Park. I filled out the service envelope, and noticed when I placed it in the night drop, that the Service Department opened at 7. It dawned on me that the Service Department might be already booked up for Monday, and that they might not be able to get to my car until Tuesday. To my surprise, I was contacted by Roger Frank, ace Service Writer, Monday morning at 7:15. He said that they would be able to check out the problem later on that morning. I got a call from him before lunch indicating that the lock assembly had to be replaced, and that it would cost $600, but they had to order the parts, so it wouldn't be ready until some time on Tuesday. He said it would cost an extra $150 to have my existing keys reprogrammed to fit the new lock assembly, and that would take an extra day. Bottom line: the car was ready before noon on Wednesday, and the final invoice was over $110 less than the verbal estimate I had been given. Thank you Roger! NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE! More
I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. We just bought a new odyssey and knew our only choice was honda for our new minivan because we couldn't even think of going somewhere else for service!
