HE ALSO CHECKED FOR UNDERSTANDING...BY ASKING ME QUESTIONS ABOUT THE VEHICLE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WHEN HE EXTENDED A FOLLOW-UP VISIT IN TWO WEEKS (IF NEEDED). I FOUND KURT TO BE VERY "USER FRIENDLY!" MAYBE HE SHOULD CONSIDER A CAREER IN EDUCATION!!! I have owned a Honda off and on since 1992. Everyone at Joliet Honda are kind and professional. I have all my maintenance done at the honda dealer, no where else, as these are the people I trust. I purchased my car in the Naperville location where I had great service, however I live in Joliet and often have my vehicle serviced at the Honda Superstore of Joliet. Every time I visit this location I am greeted with a smile and what I consider excellent customer service. This past week I went in to have my oil changed and was greeted by Heidi Gross, a pleasant woman who greeted me like she knew me. Honda is very lucky to have an employee like Heidi! Also, last month I went in to have my brakes done and was helped by Riley Niznik. As I was in the waiting area this past week Riley greeted me by name, asked me how my job was going.... he remembered all those things just meeting me one time. We initially came in three weeks before actual purchase date just to 'window shop' and were not pressured to buy in any way. When we came back to purchase our new Odeysee Brian was effeciently able to mul date just to 'window shop' and were not pressured to buy in any way. Went in for my scheduled maintenance. Usually I do them in Lisle, just happened to be in Joliet. He could truly set an example for other salesman in how to treat individuals the appropriate way. I was never rushed and felt like I was more than just another sale. He took the time to explain things to me as well as spent time with me after I purchased the car for any questions that I had. Additionally, he left the door open for me to contact him in the future with any questions or issues that I had. I went to Honda of Joliet today to purchase my vehicle, a 2009 Honda Civic 2DR Coupe. I had been leasing it for 3 1/2 years. The lease was for 3 years, but I extended it in December. Get this, my monthly payment while leasing the car was $286. Today, after purchasing the car, my monthly payment is $247. I worked with Oren before when I leased this car in December of 2008. So I'm actually saving money. When I walked into the dealership I didn't feel like I was being sold something. Customer service was great. I walked out with a big smile on my face. Thanks to Oren. Next time you go to Honda of Joliet, just ask for Oren and you'll have no regrets. More
