I recently had an issue with my honda crv's navigation unit. It was just outside of the warranty. Not only were did the associates listen to my concerns they have repaired my navigation unit. I went to this dealership to buy my first car and they set a very high precedent that would be hard to match. Josh was very down to earth and was not like the typical car salesman whatsoever.
