Our financial circumstances and credit ratings had dramatically changed since our last car purchase and we were looking to downsize and save money on our monthly payment, so I was nervous about what our options would be upon coming into the dealership. My fears faded as a saw a familiar face the moment we stepped into the dealership. Oren Ferguson, the salesman who sold us our last Honda, greeted me at the door and remembered me right away!
