Ford Store San Leandro is one dealer I can highly recommend. My 2024 Maverick had a recall. I called the dealership and arranged the Mobile Service that they offered. I look forward to doing more business with San Leandro Ford. Also Kudos to Sam Noble the salesman who handled the sales of my 2024 Ford Maverick. Sam is a great asset to this dealership!! More

The intake service technician; Owen was extremely helpful, along with my interactions with the staff at the parts desk, and cashier. However, the management was less than respectful and friendly. My car was damaged during its repair and no accountability was taken by the service manager; Paul. My word about the payments I had made was not considered by the parts manager; Rick, until Owen stepped in. I will suggest some diversity training for the management, not just the customer facing employees. More
I have been waiting over 4 months for them to repair my 2022 bronco. I’ve checked in with them a few times and they keep telling me they still don’t have the parts. On a separate issue I took my bronco in 2022 bronco. I’ve checked in with them a few times and they keep telling me they still don’t have the parts. On a separate issue I took my bronco in for a flat tire and when I got it back I noticed that they had scratches the wheel. The shop manager tried to put the blame on me and wouldn’t take responsibility. Luckily the dealership manager jumped in and had him order me a replacement. Unfortunately I still haven’t received the replacement wheel. I definitely don’t recommend going to the shop for repairs. If you can find a better dealership for repairs. More
