He kept me updated during the service to let me know the progress, and even called me when my car was ready to go. Kevin informed me about the many services the dealership offered and checked in with me to make sure my experience was going well. George came in from the shop and advised me about recalls that were past due and told me they could be taken care of quickly while I was waiting for my tires and alignment. After this experience, I am convinced that this is the best place to bring any of my 4 Fords when I need help with service, and I was impressed by the incredible staff that went the extra step on every process for me! Zero stars- Worst dealership Back in July 2018 took our vehicle there for a general service and mentioned an issue with my AC that had occurred the day before taking it. They did the service as well as changing an ambient temperature sensor, which apparently was the cause of my AC not working. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed a weird noise and it was driving funny. As soon as I got to work I called the service advisor. I also did the remote start feature as I walk to my car after work so the car will be cooled off since it came with the remote start feature with temperature control. The feature was no longer working. When I got home my husband noticed a bolt was in the front tire that evening. And on the service invoice it was listed that there was a nail in the front tire and they failed to mention it to me and denied that it happened there. That was the noise I heard and that was why it wasn't driving smoothly. Service advisor did not get back to my after a few attempts the following day I called the dealer and he ended up texting me back telling me to bring it back in the next day. They lied to me and told me that they did a software update and the feature was removed from my car and that the feature was never on my car to begin with. I bought my vehicle brand new from them and that was one of the features that got us to buy it. I ended up going as far as reporting it to the State of CA, Department of Consumer Affairs- Bureau of Automotive Repair. They arranged for Serramonte Ford to look at it and they fixed the issue. And they in did in fact say our vehicle did come with that fearure and there was never an update on our software. This was just one of several issues we have had there. I also saw the list of complaints this dealership has. I can't believe how they are not held accountable and how they are still in business. Nobody takes it as far as we did to complain to the state level but it ended up working out because our car now functions how it did when we first bought it. More

I had received confirmation/reminder emails regarding the appointment, when I arrived, the drive up greeter stated I was not on the appointment list and led me to the service office, the lady there seemed to immediately find my appointment and directed me to Paul (my appointment was with him), and Paul did not see my appointment either. Transmission oil leak repair on waurantee Took my 2016 Escape in to the ford store on Monday morning as per my appointment. I was provided an Enterprise rental car to use for 2 days while my car was being repaired and unavailable. The next day, Tuesday afternoon, Paul my Service Advisor called and said car ready for pickup - side panel and gasket replaced. All under waurentee including car rental - thank you Ford. All persons dealt with at both Ford and Enterprise were very professional and helpful. Although my experience with Ford Store dealer was good, not happy that My 2016 Ford transmission has required rather involved oil leak repairs on 2 occasions in only 19,000 miles. What happened to”Quality is Job #1”? Driving experience with Ford Escape has been good but reliability should be better. More
