Awesome service Upon a recent visit to your dealer this service sets the others apart. I came in on a appointment and Jerry(I think that’s his name) guided me forward Upon a recent visit to your dealer this service sets the others apart. I came in on a appointment and Jerry(I think that’s his name) guided me forward and started my write up. Then out came Kevin Purcell..wrote up my vehicle and explained clearly what’s going on and what was going to happen. The following day I got a call and Kevin explained what was wrong with my vehicle and that parts were ordered. Vehicle was repaired and a return call was made as promised. All and all thank you guys for taking care of my vehicle and me. I know business and life is hectic but what counts is service. I will be returning to this establishment for many years to come. A place where a handshake and words means a whole lot more. Never going back to serramonte ford. Henry Bueno and his incompetent team of scheisters..from write up to non existent contact. From a bumbling shop foreman that can’t fix a ham sammich to the idiot that try’s to be “gangster”. Maybe if they went out and spent “coinage” on a new vehicle they would understand it’s not their money they’re playing with. More
Greatly improved service I have to say that I think you must have paid attention to my prior assessments of the service received at San Leandro Ford Store. The last two appoin I have to say that I think you must have paid attention to my prior assessments of the service received at San Leandro Ford Store. The last two appointments (one for maintenance and the other for mechanical repair) have been a 200% turn around in my previous experiences. My hope is that this will be the same going forward as I was seriously thinking of changing my regular maintenance service to another Ford Agency. Thank you for listening. More
