I can’t speaks for the sales department, but as far as the service department! Let me tell you! I have never in my life seen a group of guys that are so comfortable with their jobs! No teamwork, no accountability, every man for themselves type of work culture, cockiness, arrogance. God forbid you ask for help with someone other than your “rep” if you only take your vehicle to Ford like most of us do on here you know how the process works. In this establishment they don’t seem to know how it works or where to begin. Folks, if you’re going to believe something on the internet today, please let it be this and DON’T schedule any services to this place. Drive the extra 20-30 mins to the next Ford if you have to! Not impressed. Went there to order a bed liner and cover, couldn’t see the parts computer because of a thick plastic barrier. Couldn’t access it on my phone. He suggested I go home and access it on my comput couldn’t see the parts computer because of a thick plastic barrier. Couldn’t access it on my phone. He suggested I go home and access it on my computer to view it. I bought them anyway. They called me several days later to say the parts are on. Transferred me to service and no one answered. Left a message, got to call back. Phoned bank, left another massage. This is rediculous. More
I took a van with a wiring harness fire damage in. They gave me a price around $6,000 and I got the work done in 1/3 the time quoted for 1/3 the price at another dealership. I do mind being given a "go away" price that would have shafted me had I accepted it. I'm not a soft-skinned person, and don't get irritated easily. I felt that there was dishonesty and deceit involved in how I was treated by the service writer and am now happy to drive 25 miles down the freeway to their competitor, who has yet to give me the creeps. They did NOT do the work for me. More
