My service advisor, Owen, was wonderful to work with. He was very attentive and helpful when I was at the service center. The price they charged me was fair. My only complaint is that their communication sucked. It was virtually non-existent. My car was in for a major repair that was expected to take 2-3 days. I didn't receive a call at the end of day 1, but I thought surely, I would hear from them the next morning. Since I wanted an update, I called the service center at 10 am. Since I didn't receive a callback, I literally called the service center every two hours after that at 12 pm, 2 pm, and 4 pm and NEVER reached my service advisor or any other service advisor. I was sent to voicemail each time, and I NEVER received a call back in response to the voicemail messages I left. After their closing time, I finally received a call from Owen, who left a voicemail saying that my car should be ready the next morning. He didn't say what time, nor did he acknowledge receiving any of my prior messages, so I don't know if anyone there even listens to voicemail messages. It was the worst customer experience I have encountered from a service business in at least 15-20 years. It couldn't have been much worse. The bottom line is that Owen was great to work with, they seemed to do an OK job on the repair (time will tell), but their ability to communicate and keep customers in the loop is non-existent. More

The personnel is very kind and attentive. The specific service advisor that assisted me was not thorough in his explanation and recommendations. I feel that a service advisor should know how to fill out the paperwork or documentation that justifies somebody seeking service on their vehicle. More
Ford Store San Leandro is one dealer I can highly recommend. My 2024 Maverick had a recall. I called the dealership and arranged the Mobile Service that they offered. Making an appointment with Felecia was not a problem. My Service Tech Jose arrived on schedule. He was very professional and explained in detail the work that was being done. I look forward to doing more business with San Leandro Ford. Also Kudos to Sam Noble the salesman who handled the sales of my 2024 Ford Maverick. Sam is a great asset to this dealership!! More
