Every time I go in, there are reasons not to take care of items. I ordered my truck directly from ford in Detroit bc of family. Got full coverage bumper to bumper and extended warranty to 120k miles. And I'm still owed $340 bc you kept my truck 2 weeks bc you forgot about it, dude went on vacation and never heard back from shop manager Paul. It's just an overall bad experience. It was supposed to take two days but the wrong parts were ordered the dealership did not offer a rental until a week after so they kept my car for over 10 days. Was ok. But communication wasn't good the day I went to pick up. Paperwork was delayed which ok people was busy but when they said they would pull my car up I waited outside for 20 minutes before I went back in to remind them I was waiting on my car the lady was surprised I was still waiting so was I. No one is ever accessible too hard to find help. I walked in I could not find a service advisor I called in I could not get anyone to pick up the phone. I went online and I didn't inquiry.
