The Ford Store San Leandro - Service Center

My vehicle was here for a whole week while I struggle with my family to get to work. I wasn’t told that I can get a rental to help us out while my vehicle was in the shop. And I wasn’t told that I will with my family to get to work. I wasn’t told that I can get a rental to help us out while my vehicle was in the shop. And I wasn’t told that I will have to pay 100 as a deductible because my vehicle still have the warranty until I talked with the cashier. More

AFTER 5K SPENT FORD NEVER fixed the problem and replace parts costing me a fortune still truck still smoke besides delayed for a month! I suggest you need to HIRE A REAL MECHANICS! You charge a lot - pay them well! Takes too long to fix things “Why making appointments? If they going to keep it for 2-3 week minimum! At least the should rent a car for the costumer - I bet they wouldn’t hold the vehicle ms that long! My service advisor, Owen, was wonderful to work with. He was very attentive and helpful when I was at the service center. The price they charged me was fair. My only complaint is that their communication sucked. It was virtually non-existent. My car was in for a major repair that was expected to take 2-3 days. I didn't receive a call at the end of day 1, but I thought surely, I would hear from them the next morning. Since I wanted an update, I called the service center at 10 am. Since I didn't receive a callback, I literally called the service center every two hours after that at 12 pm, 2 pm, and 4 pm and NEVER reached my service advisor or any other service advisor. I was sent to voicemail each time, and I NEVER received a call back in response to the voicemail messages I left. After their closing time, I finally received a call from Owen, who left a voicemail saying that my car should be ready the next morning. He didn't say what time, nor did he acknowledge receiving any of my prior messages, so I don't know if anyone there even listens to voicemail messages. It was the worst customer experience I have encountered from a service business in at least 15-20 years. It couldn't have been much worse. The bottom line is that Owen was great to work with, they seemed to do an OK job on the repair (time will tell), but their ability to communicate and keep customers in the loop is non-existent. More
