I will never return. I understand things take time however I do not like being lied to 3 times (told battery was ordered twice and then backordered to find out the batte I understand things take time however I do not like being lied to 3 times (told battery was ordered twice and then backordered to find out the batterybin fact hadn't been ordered til following week) Took four days to install a hybrid battery as warranty issue. Apparently i was told they have limited mechanic/tech employee to do the job per Service Manager. What happened to ethics and integrity? Additional work done on my car without my knowledge, other than on paperwork when I picked up my cat finally. (at that point I would have taken my car to another dealership to have safety recall completed. Left a oil stain on my front seat (I called Service Mng who never returned my call) my headlights were not working when I picked up my car (no issues prior to perfectly fine prior to dropping off my car) Immediately took my vehicle to MY PREFERRED SHOP PRECISION ENGINERING. I spent money elsewhere to have fixed. Entire thing could have been avoided if the just provided decent honest communication. Wonder how they still in business. I will NEVER use them again. I've had previous issues with another car but thought I'd give them the benefit of doubt. More
The folks working at this dealership are such a liars that keep building a lie on top of a lie. They change all the parts and car is still not fixed. It’s very disappointing. Still have some rattle in my suspension. This would lead me to belive the tie rod end I had replaced, never needed to be replaced. I asked them to diag to confirm and work was still complete This would lead me to belive the tie rod end I had replaced, never needed to be replaced. I asked them to diag to confirm and work was still completed. Battery cover was left off and sitting on top of the engine cover pressed under the hood. Impact was used for lugs and become deformed. I needed to buy a socket and spend an hour getting them off the car. More
I gave 2 stars because I appreciate the fact that you all kept calling me to remind me of a recall on my vehicle. The poor experience came from my car pick-up experience. I called early the morning I planned to pick my car up. I shared that I only had a short window, my 30-minute lunch. I asked if my car could be washed, I was told yes, and there was a snide remark that she hoped it would be washed by the time I arrived hours later. I got there hours later, paid for my service as I also had an oil and coolant leak. As I waited outside in the cold for my car, both my daughter and I noticed that the left bottom corner of my license plate was bent up and sticking out. We could both see that from afar. A service tech got in my car and disappeared. We went back inside to ask where he went, as we thought he was driving the car to us. After waiting some time we were informed that he took the car to be washed, something that I asked for hours in advance. When he finally pulled up with my car, it was water all over it. That's when I was informed that the wash didn't come with a dry, how sad. I asked what happened to my license plate, and I was told that it came in like that, which was a total lie. I was then directed to the manager Paul. When I showed him the license plate, I also noticed that the license plate frame that I had all these years, was also broke in half. Paul gave me Ford license plate frames, but I have a Lincoln, and the broken frame that I've had all these years said "Future Lincoln," which is where I purchased the car from. If your employees are damaging peoples cars, the least they can do is acknowledge it, and make it right, not blame the car owner. When I bring my car to a dealership for service, I'm actually trusting you with my vehicle. Clearly it's a known thing that your staff don't adhere to carwash requests, hence the snide remark from the receptionist. Please do better, customer service needs to improve drastically. More

I didn’t have a good experience. I brought my truck in. Asked for service pick my truck up. One service was not complete. I was still charged and then there was an attempt to charge I brought my truck in. Asked for service pick my truck up. One service was not complete. I was still charged and then there was an attempt to charge me again to fix the original Problem. Think that was very unprofessional. And don’t think I’ll be coming back.. More
