Awesome Customer Service Came in to get service/recall taken car of on my leased 2016 Jeep Cherokee, and inquired about the current promotions as my lease was expiring. I ended up selecting a 2019 Cherokee, and have nothing but praise for the efforts that Tom, Marc and Brandon made to get me a car that met all my requirements, and at a price that was fair. Definitely will be looking at Faricy for my next vehicle! More
Below Average Made an appointment to have the oil changed and a recall issue taken care of. When I got to the dealership service department, it had the wrong appoin Made an appointment to have the oil changed and a recall issue taken care of. When I got to the dealership service department, it had the wrong appointment day and time on their computer. As a result only the oil change could be done. I could not get the recall work done as I would have to leave the car there, but because the shuttle runs only every other hour, I did not want to wait 1 hour and 35 minutes for the next shuttle run to take me home. The tires were suppose to be rotated and the fluids checked as well. However, looking at the coolant reservoir, the coolant level appears to be just below minimum, so I'm not sure that work actually got done, otherwise the coolant level would be higher. More

The first service writer I dealt with was Paul Ringo and I have dealt with him since. He has been my advocate at the service department and takes great care of me as a customer and my car. It was because of Paul thst I purchased my new Jeep from Faricy Boys. More

Service manager, Ste WARNING**DO NOT USE**DISHONEST**2 ISSUES IN 1 DROP OFF** Had some items stolen out of my SRT when it was on the lot for service. Service manager, Steve Kane. I brought this to Steves attention prior to leaving with the vehicle. Steve Kane told me he would replace it, on the spot, then I received a call back from Steve, said he was not able to. Said he "talked" to his guys about who took it. Steve told me "none of them know anything about it", NO KIDDING! Who is going to admit to it! I took the SRT in for a Power Steering Replacement, had an extended warranty. I gave all this information to Cody, he did not get it right, and when I came to pick up the SRT after I was told it was good to go, he did not file the warranty claim. I had to wait another hour for the warranty to be filed. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE!! More
My car was not fixed I brought my car for an oil change they had the car five days. When i picked the car up the bill was mych higher than quoted. I called to ket them know the problem was still persistibg even after their recommended fix and NO one returned my call. I contacted the service manager and no call. I WILL NOT bring my jeep here again. Ill drive 40 miles out of my way to another dealer. The customer is definately not a priority. More
