Waited a month for an appointment to have some work done on one of our Jeeps. Went to drop off the car and were told that the techs called in sick and they cancelled our appointment. We were NOT contacted on one of our Jeeps. Went to drop off the car and were told that the techs called in sick and they cancelled our appointment. We were NOT contacted before hand and were placed at the back of the line with an appt more than another month away. We understand that things happen but this is unacceptable. If an airline canceled your flight and and said sorry like this, they would pay hefty fines. We have have 3 Jeeps, 1 Dodge, and an Xterra. The products from Stellantis are poorly engineered, poorly made, and the service after the sale is non-existent. Looking to replace the Xterra but after this we will not consider ANY Stellantis products. BUYER BEWARE. More
Had appt for oil change. Told when got there it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hiurs to get done. That it totally ridiculous. Maybe l will send them a bill for my waisted time. The Service Department at Faricy is the worst. #1. It took a month to get my Jeep in for minor repairs. #2. My vehicle was super reliable before they worked on it. Now, it is not very rel #1. Their solution was for me to just drive it more. I drive a couple of hundred miles a day, just for reference. More
Very happy with Sales but I will never let Faricy Boys Jeep (C. Springs - Woodman) service my JL again. Not even the complimentary oil changes that come with a new vehicle. After a routine oil service, my oil plug was insanely overtightened. Removal required a 18" long ratchet and found threadlocker in the threads of the drain plug. Not sure why the lube tech chose my vehicle but Never Again. More

Called to schedule my 2013 wrangler for an airbag recall. They got me in the day! Everyone was super professional, Cory took real interest in my vehicle. If your company just doesn't have this available fine but rudeness is never acceptable. Thankfully your competitor is much kinder and will get my business now and in the future. More

Poor Service Department I've been taking my Jeep Liberty here for 10 years, the service contains to get worse as their approach to customers seems to be to make them wait til I've been taking my Jeep Liberty here for 10 years, the service contains to get worse as their approach to customers seems to be to make them wait till they are good and ready to assist. So Last Saturday I took my car, waited as associates talked to each other and ignored me. Finally dropped off my car, they couldn't get to for 3 hours. They called me to ask to keep the car till Monday, I said sure as long as they kept the car outside so I could get something from it that I needed for work. They said they would. Went by the car wasn't outside. Monday at 7:30 am my car's check engine light was finally diagnosed and they recommended 3,100 in repairs that is about 40% more than other repair quotes I have gotten since. Picked up car and paid $175 for the service of checking the code for my check engine light. Service department didn't even close my hood properly and left it unlatched. Over the years have had other issues but have continued to go to this dealership because it's two miles from my house. More
