Smooth and seamless! Whether I've had the team search for a specific model out in the market or sought after something that they had on the lot, I've always felt they provided excellent customer service and more importantly, fair deals. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The Denver Collection flat-out ripped me off. If I had known that my $2,500 deposit was actually completely refundable if I had I called the insurance The Denver Collection flat-out ripped me off. If I had known that my $2,500 deposit was actually completely refundable if I had I called the insurance commissioner, and that they had lied to me about that part, I would not have lost over $1,100 on buying the wrong car. Once I found out @ the buying table that the insurance was going to double on the car that I had chosen, I left disappointed and scared because they had $2,500 of my money. I ended up electing to buy a lesser car that I really didn't want, due to fear of losing my $2,500 deposit. I had immediate buyer's remorse the next day (and even before I left their lot) and Bones promised the next morning that they would take the car back that I had bought, and let me trade it in for another one. That never happened because they removed the listing from their site (after Bones had told me that he was going to have to charge me photo and detailing fees that would be completely unnecessary!) since I am the one that I alerted them that the listing was still on the site! They immediately removed it, and it was @ that point that I realized that I was stuck with the car. They also had nothing else that I wanted, and the days were just going by what's 0 calls from them. I lost a total of over $1,100 on this "deal", and I will NEVER go back!!! Thankfully Kevin Sharp and Daniel LaTour @ "The Sharpest Rides" gave me $720 below the list price I paid for the car @ TDC (I also lost the taxes), and I walked away with a GREAT car and even GREATER service @ their business!!!!! More
