After reading the awful reviews we took a chance. That was a mistake. We have gotten 3 diff stories about our approval and were told we couldn't get what we want and would have to settle. My overall experience was great. Zack was very helpful. The finance guys were great as well. I'd recommend Zack as a salesman to anyone! I have purchased a lot of cars with The Car Company and they always treat me right. I tell them what I can afford and it's very close every time. I recommend you look them up if your in the market for a ve they always treat me right. I tell them what I can afford and it's very close every time. After reading reviews, I was a bit hesitant about going here, but I looked at their website and found the car I wanted cheaper than anyone else had it, so I decided to give it a try and I walked in and ask here, but I looked at their website and found the car I wanted cheaper than anyone else had it, so I decided to give it a try and I walked in and asked about the Honda CRV. They showed me the car, I test drove it, and 45 mins I was driving it home.. No hassle, and they were actually very friendly. I normally don't write reviews, but I had a good car buying experience for once and I'm happy. More
I called about a truck I was interested in twice, both times I was told the truck was still available. They confirmed it was just an hour before I left town. I looked to make sure it was still on their w times I was told the truck was still available. They confirmed it was just an hour before I left town. I looked to make sure it was still on their website, it was, and on others as well. I drove an hour and a half to get to this dealership, when I got there everyone acted like they had never heard of the truck I was looking for. I proceeded to talk with the salesman and even pulled up THEIR website showing them the truck I was there for. They then proceeded to tell me it was not in their inventory and they didnt know if it was sold or not, so apparently it just grew legs and walked off the lot. After this, they refused to show me any other trucks, even though I had already been approved for a loan through my bank. This was my first time going to a dealership to look for a new truck, completely disappointed to say the least!!!!!! More
After reading these other reviews I could have saved myself alot of time. This companies policy is to feature vehicles online that are about $2K less than they should be, when you get there the car you myself alot of time. I called about a car I saw online, was told to come in and look at it by salesman, Zac. We even exchanged text messesges as I was driving the 45 minutes to get there. I saw the vehicle I came for, test drove it, loved it. Started paperwork. Salesman went back to the manager a couple times, came out with keys to a different vehicle, I asked if I could afford what he was suggesting and he said that yes I could, it would be about the same. I test drove it. It was ALOT nicer...I loved it. I gave the go ahead to run the paperwork. They played this game of going back and forth. The manager came out and I told him that it was out of my price range. They said they could get the payment where I wanted it. I was whisked off to the FI guy. They had paperwork they wanted me to sign, it was alot more than I thought they were offering it for. I told them I really wanted to go back to the vehicle I came to see. The FI guy told me it was sold. They had someone else that put a deposit on it. I was livid. I walked outside to where the sales manager was smoking, I asked him about it, he acted like a jerk. They do not have salesmen...they have harmless looking runners who are there to carry paperwork back and forth and who smile and nod as they put you in a car you dont want and cannot afford. DO NOT SHOP THEIR ONLINE INVENTORY - pricing is fraudulent. They are masters of small print. More
Got a call saying the truck ive been looking for is available. So I drove 2 hrs to get there, only to find out its already sold. And they insisted on another vehicle. They showed me something that I was not looking for. They were pushy on doing a test drive. I did not test drive it. They kept asking me how much I can afford. I answered then asked how much the vehicle is. Of course, he had to go check.. after waiting for 10 min the manager came out and said ' so you Can afford' ( said a number) and it was a higher number then I said. I asked again, how much is this vehicle? And even the MANAGER couldn't tell me. He said he had to go do paper work on it. Then asked what it will take to come baxk in a week. I said a day off of work. He then started throwing out random days saying come back then.. Well, I'm not going back. I don't know how you can have the best prices around when you don't know how much your cars are on your lot. So buyers bewear, stay away. More
Price was raised $3K when I met in person. They completely wasted my time. Don't bother with this dealership. They are a complete rip off.
