A great experience selling my truck. Kudos to Martin I sold my Nissan Frontier to Rydell and worked with Martin Kasper, the Sales Manager. It was my first experience with Rydell and it was excellent. I I sold my Nissan Frontier to Rydell and worked with Martin Kasper, the Sales Manager. It was my first experience with Rydell and it was excellent. I initially placed an ad in Autotrader and received a voicemail from Martin within two days. Initially, I was hesitant since this was the first time to sell a vehicle to a dealership instead of a private party. I wasn't sure if I would get the price I was selling it for. We communicated initially by email and I provided all the history records of the truck. Went to meet Martin yesterday and the sales process was direct, no small talk and sold the truck. Martin was great to work with and I would definitely work with him again in the future. One may say I was happy because I got my 'deal' It was not only that, but the 'no nonsense' conversation Martin and I had and his 25 year experience. For me, this is why I rated Rydell and espeically Martin, a 5 out 5 rating. More

The biggest group of idiots I have ever dealt with in my attempt to purchase a used vehicle. I came in looking for a Honda or Toyota and was greeted by some old, bitter salesman named Ron, who told me t attempt to purchase a used vehicle. I came in looking for a Honda or Toyota and was greeted by some old, bitter salesman named Ron, who told me that the cars that were on the lot had a multitude of problems and that I should go inside with him to look on the internet for better options. I asked for him to open the car for me and he told me he wouldn't do that without getting permission from his manager, Mike. I proceeded to go inside and in the next 5 minutes I received a series of insults from the manager about how incompetent I was and if I wasn't going to buy today that I should go to the mall parking lot and look at cars. All I wanted to do was compare vehicles and see if I was even interested in anything they had at Moundsview Motor Company. I guess the managers manager must of overheard our exchange and he came and apologized for his guys being over agressive. Are you kidding me? THEY WERE DOWNRIGHT INSULTING! They even tried to sell me some cars from a different dealership! I never in my lifetime have dealt with a bunch of ignorant individuals as you will find at this dealership. Please tell ALL your family members and friends to avoid this place, that's what I have been doing to everyone I know. More
