I am very picky about who works on my car and this shop was terrific! I know about cars and they didn't try to sell me work I didn't need nor did they pressure me into any "extra" services. All their recommendations were spot on and their prices are competitive but there was no pressure to "get it done now." Times are tough these days, and I felt like they understood that and would work out a time frame with me and prioritized my car issues to help out the old wallet! I definately will refer my friends to these guys! More

I went to this place after meeting the owner at a Chamber of Commerce meeting. The owner Kenny was not there at the time, but I delt with Randy who was very friendly. My car was making an odd noise. The final bill was exactly the original amount quoted. The noise is gone and the brakes work perfect. I would highly recommend Automotive Connection. More

OMG, the worst service experience I ever had. Gave me a quote on a muffler and tie rod. Cost me 3 times as much. The person I worked with, Randy wasn't even nice about it. I was very upset and I needed some time to think about it (since I needed to come up with the money in this economy). He said to get the part on time, he needed to know what I was going to do right away. I was trying to call friends to loan me the money. Made me feel so bad. I feel like I need to state this for people to see. They quoted me $800 for all of this to be done, it ended up costing me over $2,500. Very upsetting. I had to bring the car back a few times as well. I don't want to go back there. More

THe place was very clean....I will say that. The owner (Jones) was very nice. He quoted me a reasonable price for brakes. Unfortunately when I went to pay it was double what he quoted me. On top of that, there was a problem with what they did, I brought the car back for the same issue and he tried to charge me more money. Buyer beware More
