Six years ago I was driving to Chicago from Pennsylvania in my Volvo for my daughter’s wedding. The check engine light came on. I called the “in town” Volvo dealer and was told that they could fit me in in my Volvo for my daughter’s wedding. The check engine light came on. Marc Kubil, the Service Manager at Oak Park, understood my concerns and fit me in the next day. It was a major issue but I picked the car up the second day. Six years later, I now live in the city of Chicago. I drive to Oak Park for my Volvo service because I can trust them. Marc Kubil is still the Service Manager. He is still the person who took care of me when he had no reason to other than he’s a true servant. Go to him for your Volvo service needs and know he’ll take care of you like family. More
