Brought the car in because of a message that the preconditioning function needed service. Also, had received a letter that some software needed to be updated. Robert Fellows was up front that the pr preconditioning function needed service. Also, had received a letter that some software needed to be updated. Robert Fellows was up front that the preconditioning issue may be due to a failure of the electronic heater, which had been an issue recently on this model. He later informed me that that was the issue, and gave me the timeframe for the part to come in. He also showed me how to keep the car heated by using the Power mode. Communication was great. More

My aging XC90 decided to WHINE over the weekend while my in-laws were in town. Then the power system with battery message came on then next day. Turns out the alternator and corresponding clutch failed, whi in-laws were in town. Then the power system with battery message came on then next day. Turns out the alternator and corresponding clutch failed, which caused the bolt to back out of the read gear. I called my guy, Robert fellows, late Saturday afternoon and told him what my wife saw flashed on the dash. He offered to take the car in and confirm the diagnosis/issue, but no promise that it can be addressed Saturday do to the hour. I appreciated that and asked if he can just keep the car until the repair was done over the weekend. NP. In addition, they noted a small leak in the radiator and said it was small enough that I could opt out of the repair at this time. I chose to have the radiator replace, considering my holiday travel plans. Both repairs were completed by Monday morning before 10 am. Jamir kept me updated and added the additional discount I found online on the service page. In all I know I did the right thing and I am also confident that the craftsmanship and warranties is far better than any run of the mill shop. My rides are driven to the ground and its service like this that keeps them humming till the very end. Many thanks to all of the service members who got my family back on the road. More
Our XC90 required a part replacement. After reading online threads discussing our particular issue, I expected to be told we may need to wait months for the part to be available. Marc Kubil welcomed us with his always pleasant and professional service. 2 hours after we dropped off our car, Marc called to let us know the part had been replaced and we could pick up our car. Client service can't get better than that! More
