At the time of the sale Anthony (Sales Manager) offered to fix some rust on the quarter Purchased a 2012 Ford Escape from Subaru 8-10-17 from Hormis. At the time of the sale Anthony (Sales Manager) offered to fix some rust on the quarter panel. After a couple of trips back we left the vehicle for the repair. There was a little confusion on what was to be done. Anthony had left the company. After speaking with Hormis and Matt, they were able to get the work completed. Picked the car and was very pleased with the work. Slight bump in the road but overall a very good experience. Would recommend them to others. More
