Excellent service experience. I made a reservation to bring my vehicle in for a noise in the drive train. Falicha listened to my description of the issue without skepticism. I was called about an hour later and was told my vehicle was already diagnosed and repaired. This was probably the easiest visit to a service department I've ever experienced.
