This was my first service appointment with Subaru Autobarn of Countryside and a great experience. Josh, my service advisor listened to the issues I was having with my 2020 Crosstrek and we agreed on Autobarn of Countryside and a great experience. The work was completed in a timely manner with a detailed explanation of their findings and which service interval would be best on my next visit. More

The rep who worked in the service port, Ryan, was so incredibly nice and helpful. At one point Ryan stepped out to help another customer. While I was waiting, another staffer walked in and was trash tal incredibly nice and helpful. At one point Ryan stepped out to help another customer. I don't know any of these people but Ryan deserves better....and this other person shouldn't trash talk their co-workers in front of customers. Team Ryan!!!!!! More
