It took awhile before someone came to my car at the service entrance. However, from that point on everything was prompt, efficient, and friendly. I have been in this Subaru dealer for a 3 oil changes now and so far everything is great. All the service representatives I had were very nice and straightfoward about the car's need, and attention to the cu and so far everything is great. Another plus is for the waiting area. I love that latte machine and the chips! More
