I am happy to say that Brian was very cordial even though we declined multiple times. I spoke to him several times that day, and was very happy when he told me the deal he was able to work out. When we arrived at Autobarn, Paul took great care of us. His service was also amazing. The car was already ready for us. We felt very comfortable while waiting for financing. He also gave us great details on all the features of the Forester. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable of all our questions. I also really liked the man that helped us during the financing process. My children were getting impatient, and he did everything possible to help us calm them down. Noelle is very empathetic to the fact that customers need to make the best deal possible, in this economy and a customer is given all the time necessary to make a decision. Her knowledge of the vehicles is extensive and she will make recommendations for those who need a little guidance, based on their driving needs. I would highly recommend working with Noelle. Darryl Matlock, the manager, is also very accomodating and easy to deal with. From the top down, manager to car detailers and all those inbetween, even including the finance man (that's big) and he was a contractor to the dealership, you won't find another dealer like them.
