When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn. More
