Service time for an oil change is long (over 1.5 hours), even with an appointment. I had to alert of the existence of my extended maintenance plan after being charged for the oil change on my initial invoic even with an appointment. I had to alert of the existence of my extended maintenance plan after being charged for the oil change on my initial invoice. Then I had to wait for the mistake to be corrected. That info should be in the system and automatically applied to my account. But the service people are very nice and the waiting room is comfortable. More
