Their sales, Giovann Raymond, INSISTED that an extra $2500 MARKET ADJUSTMENT fee is needed to buy a CX-30. He even laughed at me when I told him my desired price. Very frustrating experience. I've signed a CX-30 with another dealer in Chicago and didn't get any surprise fee - the exact MSRP. More

Service Department was modern and clean, and had nice amenities including coffee, some snacks, wi-fi and TV. The service advisor was friendly and kept me informed as to the progress of my appointment, an amenities including coffee, some snacks, wi-fi and TV.
