I have had this car serviced at Autobarn of Evanston for 6 years and have always been satisfied. The service work is excellent. After the oil was changed and the technician had checked the engine and underside of the car, Yessenia texted me a video that showed clearly the areas where repairs were recommended. She explained the issues clearly and patiently answered my questions. She also provided a helpful, color-coded written report of the free multi-point inspection details. There is a comfortable waiting area with coffee, several snacks and TV and a separate space with tables and outlets for working with a laptop. More
