THE WORSE EXPERIENCE My experience with the sales staff was the worst experience in my adult life. The dealership used old school tactics of intimidation, fear, and dures My experience with the sales staff was the worst experience in my adult life. The dealership used old school tactics of intimidation, fear, and duress to get you to purchase add ons you don't want when documentation stated items were optional. They threatened several times to not close deal if I did not purchase vin etching which they disguised as "threat shield". They also were comfortable with creating a duress situation for me to sign a back up contract (even thought my funding was secured, documented and confirmed written and verbally with the finance company). This dealership is the WORST. See other reviews on Yelp. Buyer Beware. More

Worst experience ever I had the worst experience with them. They looked at my trade in and stated an amount that I believed was too low for a 2015 car. I filled out the credit check application just incase we reached an agreement. We never did, do I request for my credit to not be checked. Igor assured me it would my be checked. Before walking out I asked again, he assured me they did not check my credit - this was on 4/15/2016. On 4/28/2016 I check my credit and their dealership name comes up as an account who checked my credit. They lied to me and ran my credit anyway. Do not Trust Autobarn THE ALFA ROMEO FIAT OF EVANSTON - they are liars and took advantage of trust. More
