Missing 2nd key fob; received paperwork so that a second one could be made, but if I didn’t catch that the key was missing, Inwould have had to pay out of pocket for it. Asked them to clean and only a vacuum was performed. There were spills on the rear seat that were not cleaned along with the center console. Salt stains on the carpet around gas pedal. engine compartment was very dirty as well. Did not represent vehicle photos. Found that the 10,000 mile service was not complete either. More

I flew into O'Hare the morning of the purchase, the salesman promptly picked me up and brought me to the dealership. My car was on the showroom floor, immaculate. Everything was in order for a long test drive, which we completed without any problems. The financial/administrative side of the transaction was very fast, and I was on the road back to Texas with a car wash and a full tank of premium gas. Every aspect was taken care of for my arrival, my inspection and drive, and my departure. First class! More
