The General Manager Vic Jal I would like to re-track my previous review about the Autobarn Fiat of Evanston, regarding my purchase of a 2015 BMW 320I. The General Manager Vic Jalili called me personally to say he was unaware that I was promised that a few scratched on the drivers door and the front right bumper would be touched up and that I have been going back and forth trying to get that honored. He was very nice and said that he would personally handle getting this resolved. He even agreed to get me a loaner car while they touch up my car. This is what you call excellent customer service, thank you Vic. I would definitely recommend the Autobarn to my friends. More

Sam at Autobarn of Evanston After totaling my old car last week, I was pretty bummed about the sudden and unexpected need for a new vehicle. Nonetheless, I went down to the Evans After totaling my old car last week, I was pretty bummed about the sudden and unexpected need for a new vehicle. Nonetheless, I went down to the Evanston Autobarn the other day to take a look at a new Fiat 500. I was glad I came here because they had a decent selection and variety of fiats, as well as a very welcoming atmosphere. The sales rep who took care of me, Sam, was very genuine and knowledgeable. He did not make me feel pressured at all to make a purchase. I felt that he was looking out for my best interest, and trying to help me out in my situation. As this was not my first time buying a car from a dealership, I can confidently say that Sam and his coworkers were honest, had the best intentions, and were more concerned with my personal satisfaction than just making a deal with me. They even stayed past closing time to finish all the paperwork with me! And they found me a great financing option. I ended up going home with a cute little Fiat 500, a car that I always loved the style of. I flew up from Nashville, TN because, not only was this the best deal I could find for exactly what I wanted in the States, but from the first phone call I could sense that whomever I spoke with wanted to make this a seamless process from inquiry to purchase. The two employees I dealt with throughout were Kane and Eldin. Both were exemplary in their expertise on the car and walking me through the finance and warranty extensions. Kane knew so much about the vehicle and truly loved the product. He was also patient and attentive walking me through delivery and answering all my questions. He encouraged me during the test drive to actually test the car out and feel what the Giulia was all about. THAT WAS FUN. Eldin was super helpful during the paperwork processing. He was able to get me the best rate and payment along with all the warranty add-ons to make sure I was covered for awhile and not have to worry about anything.
