I get here today and they can’t find my title but funny how the great customer service went out the door. Little Ms. Desiree from payment department actually slammed the door behind me and with her big wanna-be shoes decided to confront me like she was in the street. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Then they have the sales manager come tell me that they just couldn’t find it and to come back another day. I said No, I wanted my title today, they said well wait if you want but we don’t know where it is. I had to call police and they even gave them an attitude when asked who was the owner he said what did it matter. Your business can thank Ms. Desiree for the 0 rating.
