For someone that doesn't like buying used cars ( always purchased new) the experience was a very good one. The process was very easy and straight forward. No surprises or hidden fees like many other used car dealers I came across while shopping. Christine was very friendly and patient with us. The car was advertised in the condition it was in. We went on a long test drive and when we got back she showed us the Carfax without us even asking. She worked out a great deal for us and we took delivery the same day. I received my plates and title in the mail as promised. My daughter loves her new civic and the car has been great with no issues. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used car. More

I wanted him to buy something safe and reliable because he goes to college out of state and would be driving over 1000 miles to get to school. We decided to buy through a dealer instead of a private sale because we believed that all claims in a dealer’s advertisement had to be true. My son found the car he was looking for at the Auto Network in Lodi. The ad said that the car was in excellent condition, new tires, new brakes and rotors, no warning lights or issues, no headaches, absolutely flawless interior and exterior. We traveled almost an hour to see the car which was shown to us by Simon. We took the car for a 10 minute test drive and everything seemed fine. We decided to purchase and tried to negotiate the price. Simon explained that a car this clean and in this condition would only be sold for full price. We left a deposit and picked up the car a few days later. After owning the car for one week the car starting running very rough and the check engine light came on. I brought the car to a qualified mechanic and when he hooked it up to a diagnostic computer the code read there was a cylinder misfire in cylinder one and cylinder two. The mechanic felt the car needed new plugs and a coil. Also, as soon as I opened the hood for the mechanic he looked down and saw that both boots on the front axle were broken. The boots were not just torn, but in 2 pieces. Not being mechanically inclined this was something that I missed when I looked at the car but any one with mechanical knowledge would have seen right away. Because the car wasn’t drivable in its present condition I had the mechanic make the repairs. We got the car back and it rode good for 3 days. On the fourth day the check engine light came back on. This time the code said a misfire in cylinder 3. I called Simon to let him know what was going on. His response was to check to see if I purchased an extended warranty, he knew I didn’t. The extended warranty was $1,700.00 for 3 years. I asked about the warranty that was on the sticker of the car when I bought it. The sticker said “this car comes with a warranty”. Simon explained the only warranty was the ability to purchase one. I became angry and told Simon that by law this car would need to pass inspection and at present it wouldn’t be able too. He agreed and said that I would need to bring the car to his mechanic. I wanted the problem taken care of right away so Simon told me he would call his mechanic in the morning and get back to me with an appointment. I waited till 12:00 the next day with no call from Simon. I called the dealership and spoke to Habby. As it turned out, Simon was off that day so I would never have received a call. Habby called and set up an appointment and I took the car to their mechanic that day. The only good experience about his purchase was their mechanic. He was a no nonsense guy who got right to the point and figured out what the car needed. The spark plug wire on the third cylinder needed to be replaced. He gave me an old Honda wire so that I could get the car home. The next day I purchased a new set of wires and the guys who maintain the trucks where I work replaced them. After they finished the wires they looked at the brakes and as it turns out, there were only new brakes on the front of the car. The rotors and brake pads in the back were completely worn out. Please remember that the ad said new brakes and rotors. In the process of repairing the brakes we also found that there was a nail in the back passenger tire. When I brought the tire to have it repaired it had already been plugged once so the tire dealer wouldn’t patch a second hole. In addition, the rear tire on the driver’s side (which I later found out through Habby, had been replaced by the Auto Network) was a different brand of tire then the other three. On an all-wheel drive vehicle it is important that all tires be the same with the same thread pattern and a similar depth of tread. Now I had to replace 2 tires. Please remember that the ad said new tires. I had to go back to the dealer to pick up the registration. I brought all of the used parts and a list of what I thought the Auto Network owed me for all of the repairs. The list was as follows: Coil $167.00 Plugs $48.00 Boot Set Interior $36.00 Boot Set Exterior $36.00 Spark Plug Wires $68.00 Rear Brake Pads and Rotors $90.00 Labor (Coil, Plugs, Boots) $300.00 $745.00 I met with Habby and explained why I felt they owed me the $745.00. His explanation was that the dealer make so little on the sale of a car, and the investment that they made to get this car ready for sale . Habby told me that he and Simon were just managers and that the owner of the Auto Network would need to make the decision, he would talk to the owner and get back to me. I waited one week and never heard back. My son started calling the Auto Network and leaving messages for Habby. Eight messages later, still no call back. Since purchasing this car and having such a bad experience, I have read many of the other reviews for the Auto Network and it surprised me that all the reviews are good. I can’t believe that I am the only customer treated this way. I would recommend to anyone who goes to the Auto Network, make sure you have a good mechanic look at the vehicle before you make a purchase. More

Not After visiting many dealerships while shopping for a used car, and after making my purchase here, I can conclude that it was a very good purchase. Not only were the employees, Habby and Simon, very friendly, but they seemed to be very knowledgeable of what they were doing as well. The price-to-condition ratio is also excellent, judging from my car. Not only that, but there was a large variety of models, and Simon helped me find the perfect fit for me, telling me what each and every car had to offer, and whether or not it would suit my needs. The interior and exterior of my car, when I received the keys, were flawless. My car does everything I need it to and more, and I could not be more happy with my purchase. Habby and Simon did a great job, and I am sure they will continue to do so. I can't thank them enough for their help with my purchase! More

It made the whole, typically tedious, long annoying day into a short, easy and simple process. Without the expertise of the employees, Habby and Simon - this could not have been possible. They understand their job very well, they know their inventory and they know what car will suit your needs. If you are not looking for a specific make and model, ask them to help you pick out a car, and as they did for me - I am sure they will do a great job. Shopping at the Auto Network didn't feel like shopping for a car, it felt like a walk in the park. Overall, I could not be more happy with my purchase of a Honda Civic, and next time I am shopping for a used car I will be sure to stop by here first. More

The owners were ther Recently my car broke down and was giving me a lot of trouble. On my way to work I stopped in this dealership to see their deals. The owners were there and couldn't be more professional and pleasant. I really enjoyed that they had such a large variety of make and models so that I can choose what best fits me. I was floored when opening the doors to the cars, the interior of all the cars are spotless. They showed me around and explained everything which each car has to offer. They didn't get frustrated even though I was there for a while. All my questions were answered, they had excellent knowledge about the machines side of the car which I extremely appreciated rather than waste time and money taking it to a mechanics. Their prices were great as well, since I am on a tight budget. They also offered me financing which was great rather than taking out a bank loan with a much higher APR rate. I purchased my Honda Accord from them and the car is everything I needed. The car runs smooth and is great on gas. To make things even better I searched on Kelly Blue Book the value of my car only to find out I paid a cheaper price than what it’s worth, that is very rare to find in dealerships now a days. Really these guys are awesome they worked with me and helped me transition from my old car. The most valuable thing about this dealership is there honesty and integrity. Thank you to everyone over at The Auto Network for your help, you guys rock! More
