Some context for this review. This customer came into our service department and asked that we turn off a warning light on her vehicle. We informed her we don't just turn off warning lights without diagnosis as they are meant to alert customers to a problem with their vehicle that needs to be addressed. Diagnosis starts at $249. The customer said she had already had the vehicle repaired at another shop we weren't familiar with, but they didn't have the equipment to turn the light off so she wanted us to do it for no charge. Once again, we told her that we didn't feel comfortable turning off the light as we couldn't verify the repair was done correctly without inspecting the vehicle and checking the work. We suggested she bring the car back to the shop that charged her and performed the repair and see what options they had for her to complete the job she paid for. At that point the client left and wrote this review. Thank you, Jason
