I have been doing business with Texoma Hyundai for about 16 years. Every time I go shopping for a vehicle or take one of our cars in for service I have the feeling like I am dealing with family. The service manager and writer, Jason and Clint are extremely professional ,personable and at the same time they make you feel at home just like family. Then to their mechanics. All of them deserve praise! Clifford usually works on my cars does Outstanding World Class Service! Steve and Tommy in the Service Department are also Outstanding! They are extremely Trustworthy and perform Outstanding Extremely Professional Service on our vehicles! The two gals work Customer Service Linda and Amber are also Outstanding in their job positions. From their phone service to customer check out these gals are at the top of their game.. All we can say is thank you Texoma Hyundai for Years of WORLD CLASS PERFORMANCE!! Earl More

Customer service sucks! the service manager is the only person in the service department other than the mechanics. They lied about an availible rental cars to get me in since I live 45 minutes away and hav person in the service department other than the mechanics. They lied about an availible rental cars to get me in since I live 45 minutes away and have no other way. I called several times to set up the work and get a rental, they never return calls. I started calling on a Thursday, no return. Friday I called no return call. Saturday I was told by Joe that he would call Enterprise Rent a Car to schedule a rental, no call back. I showed up at Texoma Hyandia. I talk to some guy told him of the situation he told me he was Joe and he called Enterprise and they said they would call. He then said they didnt have any cars for that day but to come in Monday. I did that. I purchase an extended warranty (from another dealer) after I purchased the car. This warranty was purchased before my factory warranty ran out. I had previously been told by the service department at Texoma that they couldnt give me a rental because I didnt buy the extended warranty. So now I have one and they cant give me rental because they dont have one and enterprise is out of cars This is after I got there, waited for 2 hours, . and I wait another 2 1/2 hour. I had to call the warrany people myself and tell the service department it was ok to start on my car. I was told if the warranty didnt pay I would have to pay for the rental, I agreed, was still told none was availible. Finally, after a total of 5 hours I was offered a ride 1/2 way back to work. They would drop me off somewhere on the side of the road. But I watched as they put another person in one of there cars as a rental, I ask her if she had an expended warranty, she said yes. I work in Durant Ok, 30 miles from Sherman, TX. still cant believe I was offered a ride 1/2 way I am 46 year old women. being offered a ride to the side of a road. Another time, when gas was up in price I called the salesman that I bought the car from ask about a 4 cylinder he said they had plenty and I agreed to look after work. I looked at a few, drove 2 different told him that I wasnt interested. He told me that since it was the last day of the month that he could do a great deal. I still said "No, not interested. About 10 days later my finace' started receiving letter stating that he had been declined credit at several different loan companies regarding the application that was submitted by Texoma Hyandia. I never ask that we see about a payment, a sale or anything to do with out credit. I called they denied and I just gave it up and didnt pursue any further. All parts of that place is a lie. I am so angry with the service they provide. Everytime I go in they have a new service person and they are always new. I admit the service guy Mark is friendly, just extreemly under staffed and it seems without resources. I will never buy a Hyundia because of the hassle it is getting it serviced or worked on. I feel cheated. The upper management must be very hard to work for since nobody stays. More
