He listened to my needs and found a way to meet them while taking into consideration my comfort level with making a new purchase that was within my means. I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism, tact, and genuine ability to relate to the customer. Ric more than exceeded my expectations and helped to eliminate the fear associated with making a large purchase. Brian in finance made understanding the piles of paperwork easy, he offered me great information and let me know exactly what to expect as we moved forward. Brian worked with the banks to get me a rate and monthly payment that I could afford and felt good about! These two gentlemen made my car buying experience enjoyable, they made me feel good about my purchase and never made me feel like I was secondary to the whole process. We walked through it together rather than me following like a puppy. Thanks for the help and great attitudes! I love my car! More
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I worked with both Jane and KC. They made me feel comfortable and are very friendly. Jane also worked with me and all of my request to test drive cars so I would be better able to choose what I wanted. She even stayed late to make sure I got what I needed. As long as she is selling cars she has a life long customer. KC is in finance. If there was something I wasn't clear about he took the time to make sure I understood what I was signing. This was my first car and he never took advantage of the fact that I had NEVER done this before. Both Jane and KC are very professional and knowledgable, if there was something they didn't know they took the time to find out. Even after leaving the dealership awaiting to be approved for my car Jane and KC worked diligently to get me the best deal, and kept me informed. I appreciate them more than words can describe and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new car! Thank you both for your hard work and patients with me. Never going back. I'm writing/giving this bad review due to the extravagant amount of disrespect that was shown from Boyd, the sales manager at Texoma Hyundai, to my pa I'm writing/giving this bad review due to the extravagant amount of disrespect that was shown from Boyd, the sales manager at Texoma Hyundai, to my partner and myself. As you can see in my partners previous review, Boyd thought it would be appropriate to degrade his previous customers. This is nothing new. Texoma Hyundai took advantage of myself and my single mother in June of 2014. I was barely 18 years old. From the moment I walked onto the lot by myself for the first time I felt super pressured to submit credit info and try to find a co signer. It were as if what kind of car I wanted didn't matter. I test drove a few cars and then came across a used Veloster. This is where the story gets good-this dealership told me it was a "Hyundai Buyback," but when I questioned the Hyundai Buyback, I was told it basically meant that the car was a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. YEAH RIGHT. Turns out that it actually means the car was a Lemon. Texoma Hyundai swears up and down that they disclosed this to me correctly, but did not. Less than one week after I bought this car, I kept noticing a grinding noise when I was switching gears. I immediately took the car back and this was when I truly found out it was a lemon. I was reading the paperwork given to me by the service manager which stated that the car was bought back by Hyundai after multiple failed attempts to fix a grinding noise in the transmission, therefore deeming it a lemon. But also, let's not forget, this was supposed to have been fixed before resale-but wasn't. About a year later (now), I went to trade in my car owing 12K and was offered 4K because of the lemon title. I contacted Texoma Hyundai and was working with my previous salesman to try and get them to buy it from me. Texoma Hyundai said they would give me $11,100 if I traded it back into them. YES! I said.... I was so excited, I went down to Texoma Hyundai THAT day and test drove a 2015 Genesis Coupe Ultimate. I told Texoma Hyundai my payment range and that I wasn't putting a dime down. This is where the fun TRULY started. After being tricked back into the credit application (once again) my partner came to join me, as he was IN FACT buying the car with me. He was CO SIGNING ON THE CAR MAKING HIM A CUSTOMER OF TEXOMA HYUNDAI. WE SUBMITTED HIS CREDIT INFO ALSO WHICH DAMAGED HIS CREDIT, AND ALSO MADE HIM A CUSTOMER OF TEXOMA HYUNDAI FOR (thank god) ONLY 3 HOURS, despite Boyd's claim that he has no relation to Texoma Hyundai. The dealership started closing so they offered to let me go ahead and take the car home for the night, only for me to find out the next day that this was another part of their scheme. Texoma Hyundai came back with a payment the next morning on a LEASE almost double what I told them I was able to pay. When I decided not to take the new Genesis, it were as if a light switch had been flipped, and they wanted zero to do with me. Refused to take my lemon, even KNOWING they put me in that situation. At one point, the sales manager, Boyd, told me he "wasn't talking to my a**" and handed the phone back to my salesman. I waited a few days for things to calm down and then received a phone call from Jimmie Allred, another manager at Texoma Hyundai. Jimmie agreed to buy my car back from me for 11,000 flat if I wasn't trading, so I took advantage of the opportunity and sold the car to them. This is truly where things got interesting. My partner and I made the drive to Sherman to give them the car and sign paperwork and pay the difference that we owed, (which was paid for by the person you say is not a customer/never has been) and leave. Unfortunately though, this is not what happened. We asked Texoma Hyundai to pay off the car. Not asking much, as they had wasted so much of my time already and made me jump through a million hoops. BOY! Did that not set in right with Jimmie. We went from talking, to being yelled and cursed at within 10 seconds. Again, a light switch. Such disrespect, and I am so glad to be done with this company forever.... I ended up leaving and buying a brand new Lexus which cost almost $10,000 more than the Genesis, $0 down, free first month payment, free car washes for life, free services for the first 15K miles, and a wheel and tire package and I'm paying $398 monthly, ......... For a MUCH nicer car, with more features........ Something about this dealership is just shady, none of the numbers make sense, nothing adds up when they're explaining things to you, rude management because you call them out.... AH! I'm very glad to know I am NOT welcome there, because you couldn't pay me to walk back in your disgraceful DUMP of a dealership EVER again. More
