I had service on Friday at texoma hyundai. After my service with texoma hyundai for oil change and rotation, about 5pm, I had a flat tire to rear right. I drove to texoma hyundai. While i was at texoma hyundai with a rear right flat tire, Texoma Hyundai salesman came up to me telling me to trade in my car, asking me what payment i had and telling me to trade in for a new car.??? yet no one help with helping me with my roadside assistance number to call. Texoma hyundai salesman said if i had bought my car from texoma hyundai, someone would help me change my tire to a donut. My hyundai was still under warranty at 25000 miles. On monday morning, I called texoma hyundai about my rear flat tires. Texoma hyundai told me to go back to texoma tire center. I decided to drove to huffines hyundai mckinney, huffines hyundai mckinney did a complete inspection on my hyundai. Both rear tires were at 35 lbs instead of 40 lbs. They said my hyundai had a recall that texoma hyundai did not do. Then huffine hyundai mckinney offered to give me a complimentary car wash. Huffines hyundai mckinney did not charge me for the recall, inspection, airing my tire , nor car wash. My recommendation is to drive to huffines hyundai mckinney because I did not have good experience at texoma hyundai. More

Mr. Browning's total commitment to guest experience is refreshing and heart-warming. He carefully listened to our feedback and put corrective actions in place immediately. He followed up on details of the vehicle repair and kept us posted with his own personal number. My wife and I paid another visit to the dealership and met Mr. Browning in person today. We are thankful to the hail damage repairs and the great help by Tyler Smith from the sales team. We are impressed by their honesty, transparency and fairness, and the full demonstration of how much Mr. Browning and Mr. Smith care about their customers (and how we were treated as guests). We are glad to report that this turn-around story has a happy ending. Today my wife and I were able to purchase the vehicle we test drove but had to walk away two weeks ago. All we have left to do is to go back and have the damaged windshield replaced (hopefully soon). We feel that Andrew Browning and Tyler Smith have won our trust back. And we would love to recommend them to all of our family members, friends and coworkers. More

We were interested in a pre-owned car advertised online and contacted the dealership. I was told that the car was available as advertised and the sales professional assured us that his schedule was wide op and contacted the dealership. I was told that the car was available as advertised and the sales professional assured us that his schedule was wide open in the morning and urged us to "come over and test drive". We live in the DFW area (quite a distance away from Sherman) and I had to take time off work to visit the dealership and test drive the vehicle. After my wife and I got there and started inspecting the vehicle, only then the sales professional told us the shocking news that this car had hail damages to the body and cracks in the windshield earlier this week. We would have appreciated a lot more if he disclosed this to us before we made the decision to take the long trip north! After the test drive, we were surprised that we could not even sit by his sales desk. That was when we realized that he had other customers to deal with at the same time (for a different vehicle). As we sat down and discussed price options, we were offered a $500 discount if we would buy the damaged car as is (WITHOUT hail damages repaired). But when we negotiated the price WITH hail damages repaired by the dealership, all of sudden we were told that there was almost no room for negotiation as it would cost them a lot of money to fix the hail damage (e.g., $1000 total with window replacement alone costs $500!). What did we miss here? The worst part is that we were left hanging for long periods time and time again. What a waste of our time! Finally, we did not have a choice but had to stand up and leave with that kind of treatment. For a dealership claiming “We provide exceptional customer service”, I am not sure our experience matches that at all. I'd simply like to see a drastic improvement on being "fair and honest". More
Unprofessional after the sale of a cash purchase on a 2025 Santa Cruz. Dealership made an error on the paperwork for my new tags and they are dragging their feet at fixing the problem. They waited so long, that my temporary tags expired and they have refused to expedite the proper corrected paperwork to my local tag agency. I am stuck with a new vehicle that is illegal to drive. They will not get back to me after leaving messages, concerning, when my paperwork will be completed. More
