This dealer experience gets even better. I purchased a warranty on this vehicle. Took the car to the Mini Dealer in Plano and they gave me a list of 7 items that needed to be repaired on my just purchased Mini cooper. The contacted the warranty company and they said "we will take this under review as to whether it will be covered since this car was just purchased from a dealer. We feel that this work should have been done by the selling dealer before the sale." The total bill was over $850! These guys are a bunch of crooks! Do not purchase a used car from these guys!

We do our best to provide great customer service to all of our customers regardless of race, sex, etc. We had the vehicle checked out by a BMW dealer that ensured us the vehicle was ready for sale before we listed it. We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase and we'll do whatever it takes to make that happen.

3rd UPDATE!!! I would like to have something positive to say about this Dealership, but I can't. I went back at the request of the Owner Steve Schell when he promised to make things right. Well he neglected to tell Robby Williams, one of his Managers, what customer service is about. Robby jacked up the price of a car he suggested I trade for by $2,000. I did not have access to internet until after the deal was done. To my surprice the car was listed (not internet price) at $14,888. I paid $16,888. I just paid to fix the piece of junk that they sold me less than a month ago (my original complaint), so they can go make another profit. All at my expense. If Steve Schell has any integrity, he would tear up my contract and rewrite it, then ask me to come back and resign. That would be excellent customer service! I'm not so sure they have it in them, though....
