I Purchase a 2020 4 Runner about 3 Months ago. I was told the extra warranty covered windshield replacement. I found out it does not. Why am I paying for something monthly that honestly is not meant to told the extra warranty covered windshield replacement. I found out it does not. At 3200 miles on the 4 Runner I have not required any real service from the dealer at this time. Bought my old Camry from them 10 years ago and had a good experience with both their sales and service departments for several years. No sales brochure. High pressure to buy on the spot. In the end, I bought elsewhere and am happy I did. More

These people are scammy, I felt as though I had to shower when I left.
