Weak response. Not personalized. Just the same lame formulaic response given to every compliant. A perfect example of the lack of consideration they give and their inability to provide professional courtesy. Horrible way to respond. They have my e-mail, my personal phone number, my home address. They can't seem to help themselves with their inability to provide real and proper customer service, or I would have had a complete non-defective key fob mailed to me by now. Should I call them? Just to be put on hold and then eventually be given excuses. Or should I just wait for them to treat me with respect and do the proper and polite thing by mailing me a non-defective key fob and preferably a second backup non-defective key fob. Horrible response Texas Toyota of Grapevine. You could have responded by telling me you are mailing me a non-defective key fob instead of your sorry form letter response.
