The dealership itself I give 2 - 2. 5 stars, I did not care for there process, the way they price the vehicles low on the internet, then try to add on a dealership accessory fee of $2495 5 stars, I did not care for there process, the way they price the vehicles low on the internet, then try to add on a dealership accessory fee of $2495, a sky high interest rate and way lowball offer on our trade!!! The sales manager went back and forth with us so many times playing games and not helping us at all, we actually walked out and the GM had to take over to save our deal. Which once he brought the interest rate back down to earth, and adjusted the other numbers properly, but took almost 6 hours of being there, we were finally able to make a deal. But the games played, the time they wasted and deal they tried to originally make was so beyond ridiculous it’s hard to believe they actually saved it! And I truly hope others don’t fall for that nonsense!!! Now one thing I will say, our salesman, Christian Helvie, he’s gets 5 stars +, he was awesome!!! Christian was knowledgeable, very helpful, and did his very best to help us throughout it all. It’s a shame his sales manager makes his job way harder than it should ever be!! Thank you again Christian, you rock!!! I also want to give a shout out to our finance guy Matt, he did a great job and I very much appreciated his honesty with the financial part and not trying to sell us anything we didn’t want or more importantly, need! Again, as for the dealership itself, I would please ask that you stop playing pricing games to lure people in, just be up front and honest!!! The entire process would be so much better, faster and enjoyable for everyone involved!!! More
