Disappointed and Misled – Buyer Beware I purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Grapevine that looked good in photos, but what the dealership failed to disclose was extensive prior damage. The undercarriage was compromised, and the subframe was misaligned. Once I discovered the issues, the dealership agreed to buy the vehicle back, but failed to honor the full refund promised in their own email. To make matters worse, the car was relisted for sale within hours. That’s not just careless, it’s dishonest. The staff was eager to close the sale but nearly unresponsive when it came time to make things right. General Manager Neal Asaad showed poor leadership throughout the process, and sales staff Steve Naffa and Mahmoud Alnasse embodied every negative stereotype of used car salesmen. If you value transparency, integrity, and customer service, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. More
