When I arrived at Texas Toyota of Grapevine, Alvin Chong greeted my family and I and learned what my needs were for a new car as well as my budget. He went over my options and the pros and cons for each veh greeted my family and I and learned what my needs were for a new car as well as my budget. He went over my options and the pros and cons for each vehicle and was educated on his product which helped me figure out which cars to test drive. Alvin was never pushy, which I had experienced at other Toyota dealerships in the past, and was very patient as I test drove each car and while I looked over two I was deciding between. Alvin and Jim helped the buying process be as smooth as possible. A week after purchasing my Corolla Hybrid, I returned to the dealership to have someone help me learn the cruise control and how to choose between the two settings. Khalid was quick to help and was patient with me as I learned to turn both options on. I highly recommend Texas Toyota of Grapevine and appreciate their level of customer service. More

Very bad sales guy. I don't remember his name. He was deceiving, did not share all the information. Seemed like he was trying to hide something or trick me. His manager I don't remember his name.
