Disingenuous reply. I can assure you that the Mark Tophan I met has no interest in doing anything other than finding justification for his behavior. Texas Nissan did damage my car and not only refused to correct it but behaved in an unprofessional, aggressive and dismisssive manner. Why would anyone want to work further with that? The review is well deserved. The funny thing about this response is that I received a followup call about a week after this incident. The customer service person had a similar patronizing response and with literally zero surprise or inflection offered 15% off the work required to fix Texas Nissan's mistake. I guess damaging customer vehicles can be a creative form of generating revenue.
