Pros- Waiting room coffee (when the machine works). Friendly staff. Cons- now charging a cc fee? Took some effort from the advisor to finish my ticket. My car was sitting in the bay ready for 15ish More

I made an appointment a week before my oil change. They didn't order the oil filter. I had to wait for them to get one delivered. It took 2 hours for an oil change. More
