I am truly upset with Texas Nissan? Grapevine and would like to escalate to Nissan head office. I have purchased Nissan Sentra from the same dealership and the model is 2022. The battery has gone bad and Nissan has failed to accept the warranty on the battery and take ownership. Further want to sell new battery when current battery did not survive 3 years and wants to give warranty of 7 years. Make no sense for me. Please call me at 945-250-8014. My service guy was new and no other employees came to assist him throughout my process. I was told that tire rotation was included when I called to schedule the service and it was not done. The person that scheduled my service was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable; however, the guy that came to assist when I arrived did not seem to be ready to be working alone. Dropped off my car Saturday morning. No call nor acknowledgment of voicemails left. Went to pick it up at 4:45pm (they close at 5:00pm) and was told that my key fob had been lost and the No call nor acknowledgment of voicemails left. Went to pick it up at 4:45pm (they close at 5:00pm) and was told that my key fob had been lost and the service writer had been unable to find it. Needless to say NO work had been performed/completed. Had to return home to get second key out of safe. Returned to pick up my truck. I was told that they were ordering a new key fob and it would be in by Tuesday morning. Instead I received a call from the assistant manager, Shawn, stating that he ‘thinks’ they found the key to my truck. I asked about the new key fob that he told me they were ordering and he stated that they would not be ordering a new one as, again, he thinks he finally found my key. More
