Texas Nissan of Grapevine - Service Center

My brand new car experience has been robbed by this service center. They are very nice but they don't ever fix a thing because they "can't replicate it." Five issues now. None of them fixed. Even tho service center. They are very nice but they don't ever fix a thing because they "can't replicate it." Five issues now. None of them fixed. Even though I have a video of one. At this last visit they gave me an oil change but didn't rotate the tires saying it wasn't needed, even though the car now has 25k and has never had rotated tires. And now my service warranty is up. I used to be a loyal Nissan owner, but I will trade this car asap and never buy a Nissan again. More
