We called and spoke to Theresa Falcon on 7/14/21, and were told we would receive a call from Pre-Owned Director Jake McDowell. Called back on 7/21, because Mr. McDowell had still not contacted us, and spoke to Bianca after being on hold for 5 minutes. She would not put us into the voicemail for Theresa, and would not take a message. After another hold, Kayla came on the line and said that Theresa was out of town this week. She promised to send a text to Theresa to follow up and said we would receive a call back. To date (7/24), nobody has returned our calls to address the actual issue. The runaround continues.
