Was lured in by online ads that indicated they had new cars in stock but was told when I got there, that they had a car that was acceptable that would arrive within a couple of weeks AND that it would com cars in stock but was told when I got there, that they had a car that was acceptable that would arrive within a couple of weeks AND that it would come in faster if I put a $1000 deposit on it. Foolishly and regrettably, I did just that. I never received any updates as to the "early" arrival of my car so I called them. It took them several hours to call me back and didn't even remember me or my order. After finally getting them to acknowledge me, they informed me that it would be another 2-3 weeks before my car arrived. I ask for my money back and was informed that was not possible. This is the worst car buying experience of my life and will never do business with these people again and most definately DO NOT recommend them to anyone. More
DO NOT go to this dealership, especially for a used vehicle. I responded to a listing from thier own website that showed the price as $27000, but then after test driving and my expression of interest vehicle. I responded to a listing from thier own website that showed the price as $27000, but then after test driving and my expression of interest in making a purchase, they changed the price to $31000....claimed that the listing was a mistake and that they needed to add the cost of "all that they do to the vehicle to get it ready". Then, to top it off, they absolutely lowballed me on my trade valuation. Offered me $7k for my truck when I haven't had one other place give me a number lower than $11k. After asking around to other people and mentioning my experience to other dealers, they knew exactly who I was talking about before I even gave them the name of the dealership. Apparently this place has a terrible reputation in the area ans I can confirm it. Dishonest, shady, unprofessional....everything you dread about a car dealership is on full display at Texas Nissan in Grapevine. Do not make the mistake I did and waste your time with these guys. I would have given them 0 stars if I could. Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. More

Worst experience and definitely a scam they over charged me on the vehicle I bought. I believe they took advantage of me being a female and was there for a long time. We came to an agreement on a monthly pa me on the vehicle I bought. I believe they took advantage of me being a female and was there for a long time. We came to an agreement on a monthly payment also the salesman said that since I purchased a new vehicle they will take care of the car washes for up to 3 years at no cost to me. Also he said they cover any dents, windshield repair and key coverage at no cost to me and im also paying for that after looking at my paperwork at the MPP service agreement and the ZakTek program. I thought it was weird cause in the past when I have purchased a vehicle they printout and go over the financial breakdown but he didn't do that this time. I should have asked but after being there so long and hungry and tired I wasn't thinking and just ready to leave. I went out of town the next day for 3 weeks and when I returned home that's when I looked over the paperwork and realized that I got scammed. I'm paying more than what the SUV is worth and my monthly payment is not what we agreed upon. That's when i realized the complimentary car washes and vehicle repairs im paying for!!! I haven't used cause a little embarrassed that I got scammed and taken advantage of. Everytime i have purchased a vehicle they always asked if i wanted the (GAP) plan but not at Texas Nissan they just added it and im being charged for it. I purchased a 2021 Nissan Murano S that doesn't include all the bells and whistles and being charged $58,004.00 and the price on the windshield was $35,000.00 - $37,000.00. But I should have stayed the night and read word per word and the fine print on the paperwork i did get instead of trusting what the guy was telling me it was. I do like the SUV but I really can't enjoy it because of how I was treated. I understand since covid times are tough on everyone but doesn't excuse what they did. They new they were over charging me and didn't care at all!!!! So I do not recommend anyone to go to Texas Nissan of Grapevine you will get screwed!!!! More
Purchased a used VW 2013 car from them in January 2022. They supposedly inspected the vehicle before we drove away. The vehicle failed a safety inspection when we took it in back in our home state and required $4000 worth of work to make it road safe. All four brakes were bad with leaking calipers. There was no oil plug in the oil pan to get the oil changed, it was just sealed up with a single use sealant and the entire oil pan had to be replaced. Two of the tires did not have enough tread to pass inspection. The vehicle only came with one key fob and it failed within a week. The car had to be towed to our local VW dealer to be reprogrammed so it would start! We paid a lot for this used car and feel we were ripped off! More
Do not buy a car here!!! worst car buying experience. They are there to get money and are not concerned about any customer that walks through the door. It’s very disappointing to witness the scam of this They are there to get money and are not concerned about any customer that walks through the door. It’s very disappointing to witness the scam of this dealer . The service manager mark topham even said with their used vehicles when they get them only the exterior is checked. The interior isn’t . They have incompetent mechanics that don’t have a clue how to work on luxury vehicles but that’s all they sell in the pre-owned lot. I will never do business here and will let eveyone I know to never do business at this dealership. 2 days after purchasing a vehicle from there my car check engine light came on . Got it fixed. Not even 2 months later my car is not working at all. It was in the service DEPT for 3 days before anyone contacted me on what the issue could be with the car and I had to pay $130 for an inspection I believe to be BS since they checked off that my windshield wipers worked and that was false because they didn’t work when I purchased the car. Everyone In the service department were very combative and didn’t care . There was absolutely No compassion and josh was very rude and condescending . Unfortunately the general manager Johnny kantrell was not there for me to speak with so I spoke with josh and that was a waste of my time. The whole process has been horrible. If you purchase a pre-owned/ new vehicle from this place make sure to have a third- party mechanic come check it out first before signing anything or you’ll definitely regret it if you don’t. More
WORST EXPERIENCE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Bought a truck and the next day things were going wrong and they told us to bring it in and they would “take care of it”. Only to find “take care of it” meant we wo and the next day things were going wrong and they told us to bring it in and they would “take care of it”. Only to find “take care of it” meant we would pay for diagnostics of the problem and pay to fix the problem. Promised to align the truck in writing then didn’t even do that. Told many lies and because we didn’t have the “lies” in writing it was just too bad and our problem to deal with. Yes we declined the extended warranty; but were told if anything happened within 30 days that they would take care of it. But since we didn’t get that in writing it became irrelevant More
Wow…..dishonestly at its finest. Our salesman, Les, explained their MSRP markup policy on a new Rogue and we agreed on a $4,000 trade-in plus a new graduate discount of $500. In financing we asked for explained their MSRP markup policy on a new Rogue and we agreed on a $4,000 trade-in plus a new graduate discount of $500. In financing we asked for a breakdown/printout of the pricing TWICE. When we finally got them to show us their breakdown the trade-in was $3,000 and no new college graduate discount was applied. Quite an experience for a first time car buyer and college graduate. When called out on their attempted theft of $1,500 the finance man fled, the salesman disappeared and the manager then said he had no evidence of anyone saying $4,000 despite three people having heard him and the salesman acknowledging he had made a mistake before being replaced by store manager. Zero stars and a police report would be a better response for this dealership. Buyer beware! More
Absolutely the worst car buying experience in my life. I’m very unhappy they tacked on $5000 to the car price saying it was for dealer add ons which were tint, wheel locks, pinstripe and door guards. They I’m very unhappy they tacked on $5000 to the car price saying it was for dealer add ons which were tint, wheel locks, pinstripe and door guards. They tried to pass off these things as done, but the pinstripe and door guards were not on my car. Then they tried to says the price increase was actually for market adjustment and said they always go over that with customers and explain they are increasing the price from sticker price. They absolutely never mentioned this to me and they have you sign everything electronically so you do not see the actual #s. Then the finance person said they were adding $500 for the extended warranty, well once I look at the docs it’s $1300. I won’t list the names of those I worked with yet because I am still hoping for a resolution. I 100% feel they took advantage of me because I’m a female and not well versed in car buying. I also emailed the GM but of course have not received a response at all. Never shop here… beware of unethical practices More
I wanted to mention that QB surpass expectations for POOR customer service. I mentioned the car had a few issues, and he said "I will take care of them", but he didn't. The tint was coming off the windows an customer service. I mentioned the car had a few issues, and he said "I will take care of them", but he didn't. The tint was coming off the windows and he said "We have a professional tint window guy onsite that will take care of it", and absolutely nothing was done. Also, he promised to get me another key for my truck, BUT, not only, I have to drive 38 miles each way, but also I MUST go ONLY on Wednesdays between 9:00 and 10:00 am. And if the guy is sick, or decides not to come to work that day, I am screwed!!!! THAT IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They promise, they will take care of many things while the negotiation is in progress, but once you drive out of the parking lot, you are nobody to them. Isaias is a snake!!! He is a liar. He added 6 months to my contract for no reason. I told him I was not signing that document, and he changed it to the ALREADY approved 60 month contract. He's very sneaky, BE AWARE!!!!! More
